Looking for an Experienced Home Inspector

  • We called Dennis for a home inspection and had an appointment set. He was punctual and had a great knowledge of homes and building standards. Dennis made a second trip back to our home to walk thru and explain everything in his report to us. I think that goes above and beyond the average customer service experience. We are considering him to do future repairs/remodel work for us in the future. I would recommend Dennis Daniels to ANYONE in the greater Charlotte metro area. Review by Wayne S. in Charlotte, NC Dennis was diligent and professional. I couldn't have been more satisfied.

Homeowner Tips

  • At least monthly, inspect your HVAC filters and replace if dirty.
  • Don’t forget to run the water and flush toilets in unused areas of home to prevent grime build up and drain traps from drying out to eliminate sewer gas.
  • Have your furnace serviced at least every other year.  A good time to do this is in the Fall, before the cold weather hits.  This is also a good time to have your chimney cleaned.
